HEINRICHSGLÜCK-welding positioners are built basically stable. For this purpose they are completely safe and correspondingly powerful.
The machine housing is made of quality steel in rigid welded construction. The face plates are made of steel.
They are massive or heavily ribbed and have clamping slots and centering grooves.
The drive of face plates is via a three-phase motor. Frequency converters cause a stepless speed control.
The tilt adjustment is out over a three-phase braking motor or hydraulic cylinder. The tilt is up to 135 degrees.
The contro cabinet is located on the housing rear or side wall.
Remote control alternatives:
Hand switch, foot switch etc..
The welding current transmitting is connected with the frame via a plug-in coupling.
All models have the necessary gear rim cover, welding current return circuit, etc., according to the principles for testing the safety of welding turn tables.
Rotary tilting tables are used for welding, used with an appropriate design also for soldering, gluing, cleaning, blasting, coating, cleaning, deburring, drilling, milling, grinding, polishing, testing, assembly, spin hardening and metal spraying.

HEINRICHSGLÜCK-welding positioners default are designed for vertical loads of 400 kg to 30.000 kg.
