HEINRICHSGLÜCK-Tank turning rolls are very stable and built for continuous operation. For this purpose they are safe in operation and correspondingly powerful.

The tank turning rolls program includes the type series:

RL: with one driven roller, Socket pin-locking device.
RB: with two driven roller, screw-locking device.
RC: with two driven roller, spindle adjustment.
RD: with four driven roller, auto-tuning.

The basic framework and roller-blocks are made of quality steel in rigid welded construction. The swing arms the execution RD are permanently installed.
The setting is made automatically.
For other models, the roller blocks can be moved and are fitted as standard with socket pin-locking.
The rollers are made of steel or have pads made of rubber or Vulkollan.
The rollers in the roller blocks are driven directly (by model depending) of two or more three-phase drives.

Frequency converters result in a infinitely variable control and a good constancy of the speed of rotation.
The regulation and control devices are housed in a separate steel plate switching cabinet enclosure. The rotational speed is set with the Poti on the cabinet.

Remote control alternatives:
Hand switch, foot switch or switches in the shield.

Turning devices are used for welding and with an appropriate design used for grinding, polishing, cleaning, blasting, coating, drilling, milling, testing, drying, mixing, blending and filtering

Customized designs:

Suspension with or without drive, adjustable roller blocks on spindle manual or motorized.
Role type as a combination of steel-polyurethane, nylon or rubber, even greater dimensions because of larger workpiece diameter.
One or two external roller for broader support, starting roles etc..

Additional control devices for integration into equipment carrier control,
Controller with control range up to 1:200 in high speed stability,
Two or more concurrent units combined to form a drive unit (at extra long workpieces),
Parallel connection of several drive units
